Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Away From account and its data at any time.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile information (name, email, avatar), sign-in methods, saved places, shared places, group memberships, notification settings, and activity history.

What stays

Messages you sent in conversations with other people stay in those conversations, without your name. Other users' contact lists may still show the name and email they entered when they invited you. A newsletter subscription is separate from your account: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or tell us in your request. Some information may also be retained briefly where required for security or legal purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How to request deletion

Send us an email from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion.
